Common questions about facade & roof

We recommend a visual inspection at least once a year, preferably in spring after winter. Signs to look for include loose tiles, moss, moisture stains in the attic, and clogged gutters. We offer free roof inspections.

Yes, additional insulation is one of the most cost-effective energy measures you can take. Many older homes have only 10–15 cm of insulation, while the current standard is 25–35 cm. Enova also offers support for energy upgrades of homes.

In many cases yes — if the cladding is in good condition, we can restore it with scraping, priming, and new paint. But if there is rot, poor wind barrier, or insufficient insulation, we recommend replacing the cladding for a lasting result.
